NER VIRTUAL CONVENTION
PHOTO CONTEST RULES
A digital image entry will be submitted along with a digital image the filled out NER Form #100 to the submission address. A separate NER Form #100 will be filled out for each entry. Newer versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader will allow forms to be filled out and saved within the software. Other software may be able to do this as well. If this is not an option, the forms may be printed out on paper and scanned or photographed with a digital camera. If a camera is used, please be sure to light the page evenly (outdoor open shade is recommended) and take care to square the image in the frame. Take several shots to increase the probability of a clear copy.
The Photo Contest entry person will receive the entries, remove all information identifying the photographer, assign an entry number and then prepare the photos to be presented on the web. Entries must be received from November 1, 2020 until November 15, 2020. It will be acceptable to provide a ‘selfie’ photo of the photographer which can be added after the awards have been announced.
Each submission should consist of the following: a digital image of NER Form #100, a digital image of the modeler, and a digital image of the photographic image to be entered. Photo Contest Entries should be submitted to email@example.com
Winner of the Prototype – B&W category will be announced on December 1. Winner of the Prototype – Color category and Model – B&W Category will be announced on December 2. Winner of the Model – Color Category will be announced on December 3.
